Alles begann mit einem kleinen Streicherensemble, das innerhalb weniger Jahre zu einem gro\u00dfen Sinfonieorchester heranwuchs. Sinfonieorchester des H\u00f6lderlin-Gymnasiums. Alles begann mit einem kleinen Streicherensemble, das innerhalb weniger<br \/>\nJahre zu einem gro\u00dfen Sinfonieorchester heranwuchs. Jeden Sommer bietet dieses<br \/>\nOrchester seit \u00fcber 40 Jahren ein abendf\u00fcllendes Programm mit sinfonischen Werken.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Schon sechs Jahre nach ihrer Gr\u00fcndung erreichten die H\u00f6Gy-Sinfoniker beim 1. Wettbewerb deutscher Laienorchester in W\u00fcrzburg einen ersten Preis und sind somit in gewisser Weise \u201eganz alte Bekannte des Wettbewerbs\u201c.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Die Leistungen des Orchesters trugen sicherlich wesentlich dazu bei, dass das H\u00f6lderlin-Gymnasium im Jahr 2011 ein Musikprofil-Gymnasium werden konnte.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Nach 30 Jahren \u00e4u\u00dferst erfolgreicher Schulorchesterarbeit \u00fcbergab der Gr\u00fcndervater, Walter Schuster, 2011 die Leitung des Orchesters an Ralf Ellinger, unter dem die Arbeit kontinuierlich auf hohem Niveau weitergef\u00fchrt wurde. Seit Sommer 2022 ist Florian Eisentraut f\u00fcr die Orchesterarbeit am H\u00f6Gy verantwortlich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><br \/>\nUnter vielen anderen Werken der letzten Jahre finden sich Ouvert\u00fcren von Verdi (Giovanna d&#8217;Arco) und Strau\u00df (Carneval in Rom), Suiten von Tschaikowsky (Nussknacker), Grieg (Peer Gynt) und Coleridge-Taylor (Othello), Solokonzerte von Elgar (Cellokonzert), Rachmaninow (2. Klavierkonzert) und Lalo (Symphonie Espagnole) sowie zahlreiche Querschnitte aus Musicals (Les Mis\u00e8rables, The Phantom of the Opera, Frozen, The Sound of Music).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><br \/>\nDass das Niveau des Sinfonieorchesters auch \u00fcber die Schulgrenze hinaus gesch\u00e4tzt wird,<br \/>\nzeigt sich in den regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Auftritten au\u00dferhalb der Schule, so z. B. bei den<br \/>\nNeujahrskonzerten der St\u00e4dte N\u00fcrtingen und Metzingen im Jahr 2014.<br \/>\nIm Jahr 2020 konnte das H\u00f6Gy-Sinfonieorchester erneut einen ersten Preis beim Orchesterwettbewerb in Metzingen erringen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nach einer pandemiebedingten Pause hat sich das Ensemble schnell wieder formiert und ist wieder in der Lage, an alte Traditionen anzukn\u00fcpfen und gro\u00dfe sinfonische Literatur aufzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><br \/>\nDa die intensive Erarbeitung dieser anspruchsvollen Werke sich nicht allein auf die<br \/>\nw\u00f6chentlichen Proben in der Schule beschr\u00e4nken kann, finden vor den gro\u00dfen Auftritten 4- t\u00e4gige Orchesterarbeitsphasen statt, die die Grundlagenarbeit vertiefen und durch konzentrierte Arbeit am Detail die Werke zur Auff\u00fchrungsreife gelangen lassen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><br \/>\nDass die Freude am Musizieren auch \u00fcber die Schulzeit hinaus verbindet, zeigt sich<br \/>\nbesonders daran, dass ehemalige\u00a0<a href=\"#hs-besetzung\">Orchestermitglieder<\/a>\u00a0immer wieder mitspielen und auch<br
